What we collect
When you submit an estimate request we collect the name, phone number, email address, property address and project details you choose to give us. We do not collect payment information through this website.
The estimate form
The estimate form on this site is provided by LeadConnector, a customer-management service we use to receive and track enquiries. When you submit it, the details you entered are sent to and stored by LeadConnector on our behalf, and the form sets its own cookies in your browser. We use that service only to receive your enquiry and follow up about your project.
If you would rather not use it, call or text (508) 466-5846 or email contact@eapaint.com instead — the same information reaches us either way.
How we use it
Only to respond to your request, schedule an estimate, prepare a quote and perform the work. We do not sell, rent or trade your information to anyone, and we do not add you to a marketing list without your say-so. The chat widget on this site is also provided by LeadConnector and is covered by everything in this policy.
Analytics
This site does not currently run analytics or advertising trackers.
Cookies
This site sets no advertising or tracking cookies of its own. The LeadConnector estimate form sets its own cookies so that it can remember a part-completed submission.
Text messages (SMS)
We send text messages only to people who have agreed to receive them — by checking the SMS consent box on our chat widget or estimate form, or by texting us first. We use your number to reply to your questions, schedule and confirm estimates, send quotes, coordinate your project and, only if you agreed to it, send occasional offers. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP at any time to stop receiving texts, or HELP for help. Consent is not a condition of purchase.
No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. All the above categories exclude text messaging originator opt-in data and consent; this information will not be shared with any third parties.

How long we keep it
Estimate requests and job records are kept as long as needed for the work and for our business and tax records. Ask us to delete your information at any time and we will, except where we are required by law to keep it.
